Early Leave Letter

The purpose of the Early Leave Letter is to provide documented record of Boys leaving early from regular Company meetings.

To leave BB Meetings early, Members must still officially report to the Captain, or most senior ranking Officer available.

To use this file, please follow the procedure below:
  1. The Early Leave Consent Letter form must be filled out by Member's Parents or Guardians only.

  2. Forms must be filled out prior to leaving early from Company meeting.

  3. The form must be returned to the Squad Leader or Squad Officer. If both are unavailable, the form may be returned to any Officer present.

  4. When the Early Leave Consent Letter form has been returned to the Company, the Squad Leader will verify that the form has been filled in correctly and signed by either the Member's Parent or Guardian.

  5. The Squad Leader will place the letter into the Early Leave Consent Letter file, according to Squad.

  6. The Squad Leader will inform the Squad Officer which Members have taken Early Leave from Company meeting. If the Squad Officer is unavailable, the Squad Leader may either inform the Captain, or the most senior ranking Officer available.

  7. AGAIN: To leave BB Meetings early, Members must still officially report to the Captain, or most senior ranking Officer available.
Your cooperation in following this procedure will greatly contribute to the smooth running of the 1st Kuala Lumpur Boys Brigade Company. Therefore, it is also highly appreciated.
