KL Wesley Food & Fun Fair (5 May 2007)

Here are some details for the KL Wesley Church Fun Fair happening this Saturday, 29th April 2007.

  1. All members have to report at YC by 8.00am on 5th May for briefing.
  2. All bags need to put into band room or BB office. YC will be closed and used for storage by Fun Fair committee members on Friday.
  3. There will be 2 teams going for lunch. First team will be from 12.30pm – 1.30pm and 2nd team will be from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. They can get the lunch coupon from Lt. Yee Mun Theam.
  4. All NCOs are requested to bring their whistles.
  5. First-Aid by St John Ambulance will be stationed near the Parish Hall
  6. Lastly, invite your friends to come for the Fun Fair and take this opportunity to introduce BB & church to them.

Drinks Stalls ( Squad Leader )

  • Schedule 4 members to operate each drink stall. The rest will help S/Sgt Lim Choon Meng to deliver foods to the other stalls and clean the compound. Also divide and arrange them to go for lunch separately.
  • Each squad needs to prepare price signage for their individual stall. RM 2 for Mineral water / RM 3 for can drinks
  • Each stall will be given 20cartons of mineral water.
  • Prepare big pail with water to cool the mineral bottle. Officers will get the ice.
  • Mineral water (Brand :Altas )will be delivered at 8.30am by a truck. It will pack near the Sanctuary and Squad leader to arrange to collect from the van

Traffic Control ( Cpl. Jason Tham and Cpl. Anthony Khoo)

  • Make sure there is no cars park along the road in front of the main rubbish dump on Friday. Request the guard to block the area.
  • Each stalls has been given 2 parking sticker ( ZON A and ZON B ).They are suppose to display the parking sticker and park according to the ZON
  • Vehicle which need to deliver Food/item for the Funfair will require to enter from GATE B ( near Confusion School ) to unload their stock.They need to drive out immediately through GATE B
  • You will be given walkie-talkie to communicate with each other.

Band

  • All band members are require to assemble at Primary School at 9.30am.Will be playing at 10.00am and official open the FUN Fair
  • March from Primary School to YC.
